Copies of Official Public Records (Real Property)

Over 14 million Official Public Records held by the County Clerk are available online. Copies can be purchased and printed to a local printer for $1 per page and certified for an additional $5.  As always, unofficial or watermarked copies can be printed free of charge.  Recently filed records are added daily and we continue to include older records which, in the past, have only been available by visiting our offices at the 1895 Courthouse.

Please note that we do not conduct title searches, lien searches, or determine restrictions but we will provide assistance navigating the online search at 817-884-1069.

If you prefer to submit a request for copies by mail, please specify the record number(s) being requested (for instance D215000000), enclose a cashier's check, money order, or business check made payable to the Tarrant County Clerk for $1 per page plus $5 for certification, if applicable, and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
