Tarrant County Expanded Access Flu Vaccine Program for the Uninsured
Tarrant County has partnered with several local pharmacies in the area to expand flu shot access for the uninsured. If you are an uninsured Tarrant County resident, you can go to any of these participating pharmacy locations and get a free flu shot from now till March 31, 2023. There will not be an out-of-pocket cost to the recipient. Tarrant County will reimburse those costs to the participating pharmacies.
For those that have insurance, you are welcome to go to any participating providers. Most insurance companies cover the flu vaccine, as a covered benefit each year without any out-of-pocket costs to the recipient.
