Accommodation Request Submitted

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Officer shall, after careful review, respond to your request for accommodation within ten (10) business days of receipt of your request.  If you disagree with the response of the ADA Officer, you may request that the County Administrator review the response within ten (10) business days of your receipt of the ADA Officer’s response.  The County Administrator is located at 100 E. Weatherford, 4th Floor, Fort Worth, TX  76196.  The County Administrator will review your request, the ADA Officer’s response and relevant documentation and will respond to you within ten (10) business days.
