2024 Property Tax Rollover

The Tarrant County Tax Office will soon start the process of adding 2024 tax information to our systems.  Beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2024, through 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1, online property tax systems will be completely unavailable for viewing or making payments.  This includes pay by phone and the dealer SIT portal. Learn more about the conversion process

NOTICE OF MEETING TO VOTE ON TAX RATE

A public meeting to vote on the proposed tax rate will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 100 E. Weatherford St, Fort Worth, Texas 76196. The proposed tax rate is not greater than the no-new-revenue tax rate. This means that Tarrant County is not proposing to increase property taxes for the 2024 tax year. NOTICE OF ESTIMATED TAXES AND TAX RATE ADOPTION INFORMATION

Visit tarranttaxinfo.com to find your local property tax database on which you can easily access information regarding your property taxes, including information regarding the amount of taxes that each entity that taxes your property will impose if the entity adopts its proposed tax rate. Your local property tax database will be updated regularly during August and September as local elected officials propose and adopt the property tax rates that will determine how much you pay in property taxes.
