NSPIRE-V Inspection Protocol Training

The National Standards for the Physical inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE-V) is HUD's new inspection model, replacing Housing Quality Standards (HQS). It emphasizes health, safety, and functionality with a stronger focus on tenant will-being. Please Note: This training is for existing Landlords only - this is not for new Landlords. Tarrant County Housing Assistance Office is hosting a training on Friday, September 11, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Space is limited to the first 40 registrants. If the Registration exceeds 40 registrants, an additional call will be added. This training is essential for existing Landlords. You MUST register to attend.
