2025 Landlord New Inspection Protocol Training

The National Standards for the Physical inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE-V) is HUD's new inspection model, replacing Housing Quality Standards (HQS). It emphasizes health, safety, and functionality with a stronger focus on tenant will-being. Tarrant County Housing Assistance Office and Fort Worth Housing are hosting a training on Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This training is essential for all current and prospective landlords, property managers, and maintenance staff who participate in the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program.
