Veteran Administrative Services (VASH)
The process of obtaining a HUD-VASH Voucher requires an eligibility determination by the VA. Once the VA determines a case management agreement and obtains the required documents a housing referral is made to the local PHA and income eligibility is determined. A housing voucher is issued, and the veteran selects a rental unit and case management services continue.
