Administration Division Administration guides the overall direction of Tarrant County Emergency Management through leadership, financial management, policy development, and strategic planning. This division provides essential support to all program areas, ensuring coordinated operations and effective service to the community. Operations Division Operations manage the activation and coordination of emergency response activities, ensuring logistics, information flow, and public alerting are carried out smoothly and effectively. This division helps maintain situational awareness and supports timely, organized actions during emergencies. Planning & Exercise Division Planning and Exercise leads the development, review, and maintenance of Tarrant County’s emergency plans while coordinating analysis, training, and exercises. This division strengthens preparedness by guiding improvement efforts and capturing lessons learned through after-action process. Community Preparedness Division Community Preparedness shapes a prepared and resilient Tarrant County built upon education, training, and connection to resources. This division supports volunteer opportunities and community engagement efforts that help residents stay informed, connected, and better prepared for emergencies. |
