Description
The enabling statutes under which the Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation operate simplify bond issuance as opposed to the Hospital Authority. For all intents and purposes, the Health Facilities Development Corporation has supplanted the Hospital Authority. However, outstanding bonds require that the Hospital Authority continue to exist. Membership on this and the Tarrant County Health Facilities Finance Corporation board are identical.
