Public Comment Instructions

Members of the public may register to speak or submit written comments on posted agenda items for Commissioners Court meetings. Registration to speak is available on our website or in person at the GK Maenius Administration Building for those unable to register online, subject to the deadlines outlined below.

How to register to speak during Commissioners Court:

• Online: Click on the “Register to Speak In-Peron” button located under the following sections in the posted agend:
  • VI. PUBLIC COMMENT FOR PROCLAMATIONS, RESOLUTIONS AND PRESENTATIONS
  • VIII. AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENT
• In-Person: Visit the GK Maenius Administration Building, 100 E. Weatherford St., Suite 404, Fort Worth, TX 76196

How to Provide Written Comments:

• Online: Click on the “Written Comment” button located under each agenda item in the posted agenda.
• In-Person: Visit the GK Maenius Administration Building, 100 E. Weatherford St., Suite 404, Fort Worth, TX 76196

Deadlines to Register:

• Registration must be completed by 5 p.m. on the day before the meeting.
• Agendas are posted at least three (3) business days before the scheduled meeting.
• Public Comment Forms will NOT be accepted before the agenda is posted.
