NOTE: Door Prize must be minimum value of $40.00. Donated items maybe used for an activity, workshop, and/or a general door prize. Please contact raford2@tarrantcountytx.gov / 817-248-6295 by September 1st if you plan on donating in order to be acknowledged in the event program. Door prizes can be dropped off on exhibitor set-up day (September 30th) at Will Rogers Memorial Center.
You will receive an invoice once your application is processed. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice to hold your reservation. Booth availability is limited, and priority may be given to promote a variety and balance of industries for the Expo. Refunds requested prior to 60 days of the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to allow exhibitors to give out nutritional supplements or organic/herbal samples.
