TARRANT COUNTY OPENS COMMUNITY OUTREACH FUND RFP TO SUPPORT RENTAL AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE
TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS—Tarrant County announces the release of its Community Outreach Fund Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract qualified community partners to deliver rental assistance and utility assistance to eligible residents. The County anticipates awarding up to $2,300,000 in local funds for a one-year term, with the option for up to two one-year extensions.
Proposal Deadline: Friday, September 12, 2025 at 3 p.m. CDT. Late submissions will not be accepted.
What the County is Seeking:
Tarrant County invites proposals from nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and other qualified community partners to administer:
- A rental assistance program, or
- A utility assistance program, or
- Both programs
