This is the last day to pay taxes before delinquency. 

The first payment on quarter payment plans for Over-65 and disability homestead accounts is due on or before this date.

The property tax payment deadline to avoid penalty and interest on current tax year has been extended to Monday, February 1, 2021, because January 31 falls on Sunday.
