Felony Civil Section
In accordance with SB 1667 and Article 55A.253 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the District Clerk’s Office maintains and publishes a list of agencies and entities that may hold records subject to expunction. This list includes physical and email addresses to assist petitioners in completing their expunction petitions.
