This project is to extend Collins Street from Southeast Parkway to Mansfield Webb Rd. as well as various missing gaps of Collins Street south of Mansfield Webb Rd. This project will relieve heavy congestion on Cooper St, Matlock Rd., and SH360 Frontage Roads. This proposal is for three lanes now, but will be six lanes in the future.
