This project is the reconstruction of Great Southwest Parkway within the right of way of I-20. The improvement includes the addition of left turn lanes from Great Southwest Parkway to the I-20 frontage roads. The dedicated left turn lanes will free up the through lanes thereby significantly improving capacity and reducing delay.
