Customer Resource Center

The Customer Resource Center (CRC) is the customer-facing organization within the Information Technology Department (ITD) that services Tarrant County’s department and agencies day-to-day “desktop” computing requirements. Through governance- and standards-based best practices, the CRC executes cost-effective and timely end-user support that delivers optimal value, while sustaining critical operational services to our stakeholders and citizens within the scope and vision of Tarrant County’s strategic goals.

The three core disciplines within the CRC are the Training Center, Operations Command Center and the Customer Support Center.

  • Training Center - coordinates and provides end-user applications training
  • Operations Command Center - provides Service Desk, desktop security and operational standards compliance
  • Customer Support Center - provides on-site technical support for all ITD supported user devices
