
Travel Health Services
Travel Health Services (THS) provides travel vaccinations for leisure, business, foreign adoption, church missions, students planning to study abroad, and more. THS also provides other travel services that include:
- Health consultations for travelers
- Booster shots
- Destination dossiers
- Information about food, water and mosquito-borne illness
- Prescriptions with vaccines consult eg: Malaria-Prophylaxis, Traveler's Diarrhea, Altitude Mountain Illness

- Chikungunya
- Hepatitis A (adult and pediatric)
- Hepatitis B (2 and 3 dose series)
- Influenza and High dose Influenza
- Japanese Encephalitis
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Meningitis
- Polio IPV
- Rabies pre-exposure
- Tdap
- TicoVac
- Twinrix (Hepatitis A/B)
- Typhoid oral
- Typhoid injection
- Yellow fever

NOTICE: Change in Travel Health – Southlake Services
As of October 1, 2026, Tarrant County Public Health’s Southlake clinic will be closed. All Travel Health appointments will be held at Tarrant County Public Health – Main Campus.

Bring these items with you to your appointment:
- Driver's license
- Immunization records
- Vaccine records are required for anyone 18 years or younger
- Yellow card, if applicable
- Insurance
Methods of payment:
- Cash
- Credit, debit or HSA card with 2.85 percent convenience fee
Checks or American Express are not accepted.
Travel vaccines are not billable. Some vaccines may be covered by insurance. Currently, TCPH is in-network with PPO United Healthcare and BCBS. Verification is completed on the day of service.
