Tarrant County Public Health Reports 20 COVID-19 Deaths

Aug. 29, 2021 - (Tarrant County) - Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) today reports 20 COVID-19 deaths. The deceased include a man from Fort Worth who exceeded 90, a man from Sansom Park in his 80s, a man from Azle in his 80s, a man from Fort Worth in his 80s, a woman from Fort Worth in her 70s, a woman from North Richland Hills in her 70s, a man from Watauga in his 70s, a man from Arlington in his 60s, a man from North Richland Hills in his 60s, a woman from Azle in her 60s, a man from Saginaw in his 50s, two men from Fort Worth in their 50s, a man from Richland Hills in his 40s, two men from Fort Worth in their 40s, a man from Grapevine in his 40s, two men from Arlington in their 30s, and a man from Fort Worth in his 30s. All but three had underlying health conditions.

Tarrant County now has 3,837 confirmed deaths from the COVID-19 virus and 274,425 people have recovered.
