Find out more about Crime Prevention, Neighborhood Watch, or National Night Out

One of the best ways to prevent crime, and reduce the fear of crime, is to become involved in crime prevention efforts with your neighbors and fellow citizens.

You can learn more about how to harden your home against break-ins, how to connect with your neighbors to establish or join a Neighborhood Watch program, or how to participate in the annual National Night Out – Citizens Night Out to Prevent Crime.

If you have an organization that would like to schedule a presentation on crime prevention or safety, contact us for that as well.

Contact the Sheriff’s Community Oriented Policing and Education (SCOPE) unit at 817-238-4216.
