NSPIRE-V Inspection Protocol Training

The National Standards for the Physical inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE-V) is HUD's new inspection model, replacing Housing Quality Standards (HQS). It emphasizes health, safety, and functionality with a stronger focus on tenant will-being. Tarrant County Housing Assistance Office is hosting a training on Friday, August 8, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Space is limited to the first 35 registrants. This training is essential for all local non-profit HUD housing providers. You MUST register to attend. Remember, space is limited to the first 35 registrants.
