Make sure you stay informed!

Informational briefing sessions are held monthly to make sure all our landlords and property owners have the most up-to-date information on partnering with the Tarrant County Housing Assistance Office (TCHAO) to provide safe, decent and sanitary housing for low-income families. Landlords and property owners are required to attend one of these sessions before they can lease a unit to a TCHAO client, but even landlords who have been leasing to voucher holders for years can benefit from a refresher. Regulations and policies change often.

TCHAO serves the Tarrant County/Fort Worth area ONLY excluding Arlington.  If your property is located in Arlington our participants cannot lease in Arlington.

TCHAO conducts all Landlord Briefings virtually for all new landlords.  These virtual briefings are held the third Monday of every month at 9:30 a.m. Following is the link needed to participate:
