Accounts Payable generates all payment disbursements pertaining to vendor payments for County expenses.


The Grants Division is responsible for financial compliance and reporting for funds received under federal, state and local grant programs.


The Payroll Department is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely wages to County employees.


The Financial Accounting Department is responsible for recording financial transactions of the County and providing timely and accurate interim and annual financial reporting.


Internal Audit provides the District Judges, Commissioner's Court, and department heads with objective, accurate and meaningful information regarding County operations and, where necessary, make recommendations for improving:
- reliability and integrity of information,
- compliance with laws and regulations and
- safeguarding County resources.
