Public Comment Instructions

Members of the public may register to speak or submit written comments on posted agenda items during Commissioners Court meetings. Registration to speak is available online or in person subject to the deadlines outlined below.

How to Register to Speak:

• Online: Click on the “Register to Speak” button located under each agenda item in the posted agenda.
• In-Person: Visit the GK Maenius Administration Building, 100 E. Weatherford St., Suite 404, Fort Worth, TX 76196

Deadlines to Register:

• Registration must be completed by 5:00 p.m. on the day before the meeting.
• Agendas are posted at least three (3) business days before the scheduled meeting.
• Public Comment Forms will NOT be accepted before the agenda is posted.
