Secure Access for Attorneys
Due to a temporary deactivation of re:SearchTX, the Tarrant County Clerk’s Office is temporarily offering new attorneys users free remote access to civil and probate case files through Secured Attorney Access (SAA). Free access to SAA will be removed once re:SearchTX is reactivated. At that time, SAA will return to a paid subscription service. New subscribers pay a one-time initial set-up fee of $50 and a $100 annual subscription fee.
In order to view and print documents the following must apply:
- You must be a current subscriber to Secure Attorney Access
- You must have an email address
- Sealed cases, sealed document and non-public images are not available.
Please note: District Clerk records are not included in a subscription to Secure Attorney Access.
