Community Health Assessment aims to identify health concerns among residents and improve overall health outcomes and health literacy in Tarrant County. We provide education to residents and public health professionals about factors that contribute to health outcomes and collaborate with community partners to identify solutions.

2026 Community Listening Sessions

Join Tarrant County Public Health to share your experiences, concerns, and ideas about health topics that matter the most to you. The community listening sessions will be held across the county from September 21 - September 30. English and Spanish language assistance will be available. The series is free and open to the public. RSVP or request meeting accommodations by calling 817-321-5930, emailing PHCHA@tarrantcountytx.gov, or completing the form below. Walk-ins are welcome to participate.
