How much does the program cost?
Nurse-Family Partnership is FREE to all eligible women.
 
How often will my nurse visit?
You and your nurse will decide the exact visit schedule.

 
Can my baby’s father participate, too?

• Nurse-Family Partnership encourages fathers, family members and even friends to be involved in the visits and learn how they can best support you.
• You and your nurse will decide who gets involved.
• If the father is involved and you consent to his involvement in the visit, the nurse can assist him with any questions and/or concerns he has regarding your pregnancy.

Who can enroll in the program?

• First time moms
• Must live in Tarrant County
• Meet Income requirements

• Personalized support, guidance, and encouragement throughout your journey.
• Clinical lens to provide evidenced-based information.
• Helping families thrive.
• Set goals for your family’s future and assistance in helping you succeed throughout the completion of the program to help improve the Advocate for yourself, your child and your family.

You are encouraged to enroll as early as possible in your pregnancy. Our team is here to support you and your baby!
