PAYMENTS FOR TRAFFIC CITATIONS

We accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks, as well as Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover at the office between Monday through Friday, except on County holidays. All financial transactions must be here by 4:30 p.m.. It is advisable to call our office prior to coming in to pay. Please be advised that a 2.35 percentage fee will be charged on all credit card transactions.

2. By Mail:
If you would like to request Deferred Disposition or Driver's Safety Course for your citation, please call the court prior to mailing your payment.
To mail your payment, only money order or cashier's check will be accepted and may be mailed to our office with the written plea (see downloadable form below) at:
Justice of the Peace Precinct 6
Personal checks and cash will not be accepted by mail.
Payments are accepted online for tickets only by visiting our online payment system. If you would like to request Deferred Disposition or Driver's Safety Course for your citation, please call the court prior to making payment.
You must have your case number or citation number and can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you do not know your case number or citation number, please call 817-370-4525 and we can assist you.
Note: a non-refundable service fee of 2.35 percentage ($1 minimum) will be added to your online payment.
If payment is made online, warrant will be recalled once payment has been processed by the court.
