April 25, 2020 (Tarrant County, TX) -Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) today reported four more COVID-19 deaths.
The deceased include a man in his 60s and a woman in her 70s from Fort Worth, a man in his 40s from Azle and a woman in her 90s from Grapevine. Tarrant County now has 52 confirmed deaths from the COVID-19 virus. 283 people have recovered.
“These are difficult times for all of us, especially for the families who have lost loved ones,” said Tarrant County Public Health Director Vinny Taneja. “We know that people are weary of staying home, but now is not the time to be complacent,” he said. He urged everyone to continue to follow Public Health guidelines, which include:
COVID-19 causes a respiratory illness with cough, fever, and shortness of breath and may lead to bronchitis and severe pneumonia.
