Tarrant County Public Health Reports 12 COVID-19 Deaths

Dec. 1, 2021 - (Tarrant County) - Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) today reports 12 COVID-19 deaths. The deceased include a woman from unincorporated Tarrant County who exceeded 90, a man from Arlington in his 80s, a man from Azle in his 80s,  two men from Fort Worth in their 80s, a woman from Arlington in her 70s, a man from Euless in his 60s, two men from Fort Worth in their 60s, a woman and a man from Arlington in their 50s, and a man from Forest Hill in his 50s. All had underlying health conditions.

Tarrant County now has 4,906 confirmed deaths from the COVID-19 virus and 360,723 people have recovered.

COVID-19 causes respiratory illness with cough, fever and shortness of breath and may lead to bronchitis and severe pneumonia.
