Tarrant County Public Health Reports 11 COVID-19 Deaths

Dec. 28, 2021 - (Tarrant County) - Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) today reports 11 COVID-19 deaths. The deceased include two women from Fort Worth in their 70s, a woman from Euless in her 70s, two women and two men from Arlington in their 60s, a man from Mansfield in his 60s, a woman from Sansom Park in her 60s, a man from Benbrook in his 50s and a woman from Benbrook in her 40s. All had underlying health conditions.

Tarrant County now has 5,009 confirmed deaths from the COVID-19 virus and 367,661 people have recovered.

COVID-19 causes respiratory illness with cough, fever and shortness of breath and may lead to bronchitis and severe pneumonia.
