Personal Financial Statements

County Officers, including County Judge, County Commissioners, Justices of the Peace, Statutory County Judges, and Statutory Probate Judges, as defined by Chapter 159 of the Local Government Code, are required to file Personal Financial Statements by April 30 each year, with either the Texas Ethics Commission or the County Clerk

If filing with the County Clerk, completed forms should be brought to:

Please note that all candidates (even unopposed) running for election for these positions are also required to file a PFS prior to the primary election.
