Discuss a neighborhood or traffic problem with a deputy

Sometimes citizens have concerns or questions about things going on in their neighborhood, but not to the point of dialing 9-1-1 because it isn’t an emergency.

You can call one of our patrol stations to have a deputy contact you, or you can email us.  Remember, this is for non-emergency contacts only.  If you need help now, dial 9-1-1.

If you live in unincorporated Tarrant County north of I-30, or in Haslet, call 817-238-4200 during regular business hours.  If after business hours, please leave a message.

If you live in unincorporated Tarrant County south of I-30, or in Edgecliff Village, call 817-884-2270 during regular business hours.  If after hours, please leave a message.

We will put you in contact with a deputy or supervisor, or return your call or message as soon as possible.
