Bank board members standing by sculpture in 1991, (image shown) from left to right: Jimmy R. Payton, Harold R. Fuller, Hurst Mayor Bill Souder, and Marvin L. Arthur, Sr. Bill Souder is the great grandson of William Letchworth Hurst, an early settler for whom the City of Hurst is named; Harold Fuller and Jimmy Patton are great grandsons of Moody Fuller who settled in the Euless area in 1866; and Marvin Arthur is descended from F.W. Arthur who came to Bedford in 1877.
