Vickie Bryant Collection

Summary: The donor established the Top O' Hill Terrace museum in Arlington, Texas at the current location of Arlington Baptist College. She is the wife of the current President of Arlington Baptist College, David Bryant. Arlington Baptist College is at the location of the former Top O' Hill Terrace, a notorious speakeasy and casino during the 1920s-1940s. She runs the college bookstore while researching the college's rich history and giving tours of what remains of the casino and speakeasy. She has amassed a large collection of stories, photographs and interviews for a museum on the college grounds. Bryant is the co-author of a book on Top O' Hill Terrace entitled, Images of America: Top O' Hill Terrace by Arcadia Books. Bryant donated the following items related to the history of Top O' Hill Terrace.
