HISTORICAL NOTE
Mrs. Jesse Moore donated materials to the archives as a memorial to her husband, Jesse A. Moore. The materials pertain to North Texas Traction Company's electric interurban railway that ran between Fort Worth and Dallas from 1902 to 1934.
SCOPE AND CONTENTS
The J. A. Moore Collection contains photographs, postcards, and newspaper clippings related to Interurban transportation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Moore included notes with the photographs that identify dates, locations, people, and buildings.

- Newspaper clippings regarding the Interurban trolley, 1936-1983, undated
- Hand-drawn map of Interurban stations between Dallas and Fort Worth
- Postcards featuring images of the North Texas Traction Company's interurban railway cars
