Invoice Submission Deadlines

FISCAL YEAR 2027

Listed below is the invoice submission schedule for the 2027 fiscal year.  In order to ensure payments are out in time, please submit your invoices as soon as possible and according to the schedule below.

Accounts Payable strives to provide a two-week turnaround for processing invoice payments. This timeframe begins once the invoice and all required supporting documentation have been received.

However, Texas Government Code 2251 does not consider a payment overdue until the 31st day after the latter of:
1.    The date the governmental entity receives the goods under the contract,
2.    The date the contracted services are completed, or
3.    The date the governmental entity receives an invoice for the goods or services.
