Mission
In order to reduce injuries and deaths resulting from alcohol-related motor vehicle crashes, the Tarrant County Felony Alcohol Intervention Program (FAIP) requires convicted repeat DWI offenders to undergo a judicially supervised regimen of intensive supervision and treatment.

“This program is about changing their lives, not just about drunk driving. For most defendants, it is no longer the idea of ‘I can hardly wait to get off probation so I can drink’—that becomes a non-issue. They like this new way of life!”
